All membership fees are final and non-refundable, as each membership is personalized and reserved exclusively for you.
Experiences & Events
Our experiences and events are meticulously planned with limited seats and unique access.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to an event cannot be refunded.
In the rare case that an event is postponed or canceled by Samfield Capital, you will receive either a full credit for a future experience or a refund, at our discretion.
Advisory & Capital Services
Any investment, advisory, or bespoke services booked with Samfield Capital are non-refundable once engagement begins.
Should circumstances prevent the delivery of a service, we will provide a suitable alternative or credit, reflecting our commitment to member satisfaction.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our policies are designed to be firm, we understand that life’s circumstances can be unique. Our team evaluates any exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis with care and discretion.
