Experiences & Events

• Our experiences and events are meticulously planned with limited seats and unique access.

• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to an event cannot be refunded.

• In the rare case that an event is postponed or canceled by Samfield Capital, you will receive either a full credit for a future experience or a refund, at our discretion.

Advisory & Capital Services

• Any investment, advisory, or bespoke services booked with Samfield Capital are non-refundable once engagement begins.

• Should circumstances prevent the delivery of a service, we will provide a suitable alternative or credit, reflecting our commitment to member satisfaction.

Exceptional Circumstances

• While our policies are designed to be firm, we understand that life’s circumstances can be unique. Our team evaluates any exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis with care and discretion.
